Volunteering is a great way to get involved at our church and to connect with others. We know that everyone has different gifts and here at New hope, we have so many volunteer opportunities available! Here are a few examples of opportunities we have to get involved:

Events

We have several events a year at New Hope, including holiday banquets, member celebrations and more. We have a variety of positions available within these events, including:

• Help decorating for event

• Event set-up

• Meal Preparation

• Event clean up/Take down

• Hospitality/Serving for event

Outreach

We have so many ways we reach out not only within our church community but within the neighborhood as well. We have availabilities in small groups, Street Hope, neighborhood outreach and community outreach. Examples include:

• Leading a small group*

• Street Hope - help to pass out food to our community

• Call to pray with church community*

Maintenance

There are so many opportunities to serve in maintenance. This includes cleaning, construction, event set up and more. Here are some ways you can help if your gift is in maintenance:

• Event set up/take down

• Building Maintenance

• Cleaning/sanitizing

• Organization

Youth*

We have so many fun ways to help out with our youth here at New Hope and in our community! Including children’s church, young adult and more. Here are some ways you can help:

• Children’s church

• Youth group

• Young adult outreach

Service

Church service is also a great way to help out. If you are interested in helping out during our services, we have plenty of availabilities for you! Here are some ways you can help:

• Hospitality - Connection corner, greeter, parking attendant, prayer warrior*

• Worship and music team*

• Sound team
